"First of all, the hotel is beautiful. The rooms are well appointed and the additional amenities are a huge plus. (pool, hot tub, sauna). Everyone we encountered during our stay was very friendly and accommodating. That's unusual these days. But, we want to mention one employee in particular. His name is Bart and he was working the front desk when we checked in. There was a small discrepancy in the room. He addressed the situation with sincerity and promptness. He made us feel like we were VIP's and vowed to keep working until he found us a room we were satisfied with. And he did. Then he placed a follow-up call to the room to make sure we had everything we needed. Bart is the epitome of what a guest service representative should be. With every subsequent encounter we had with him we were met with a smile and enthusiasm. He is special, and Omni is fortunate to have him represent the hotel."

"After getting to the property, I noticed multiple notices about checking in online and downloading an app to access the doors. Fortunately an app was not absolutely required, as my phone was dead. They can provide a manual code to get get in. The guy checking me in was very polite and helpful. The capsule could definitely use more plugins; there are only 2 (different) types of USB plugs. If one is not working and you don't have the other kind, then good luck getting charged up ! The Free Pizza Thursday was also an unexpected touch. I spent the entire day traveling, and it was a great relief to finally arrive, and have access to everything I needed. It was a little tricky to find the place, though. Signage isn't easily visible at night, and the place appears to be a coffee shop at first glance. Overall, good value. Would stay again."

"The apartment was great for the price. Centrally located, decently clean (some remnants from previous guests were left over). Linens were all clean- kitchen and bathroom were also clean. We were not givenThe access code ahead of time and had to call the VRBO helpLine as the hostess did not answer text messages, calls, or messages through the VRBO app. Which was disappointing as previous guests had listed communication as great. There were no instructions given for check out either.The neighborhood felt safe and everything is walkable/ public transportation useable."
