"You could not ask for a better location.,right on the beach, next to the pier. The famous Shadowbrook restaurant is 2/10 of a mile away.. I will definitely be staying here again."

"Location, location, location! Not only was this a perfect little home with wonderful decor, but its location couldn't have been better. We reserved the home for a short girl's weekend and it was the best weekend. The beach house couldn't be cuter, was well equipped, clean and so easy to check in and check out. We'll be back - for longer this time!"

"10 out of 10! Highly recommend staying at this fantastic apartment. Incredible location steps from the wharf,pier, and Downtown Capitola. The views can't be beat. Very comfortable for a family of 4 with two older teens. It is so beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We spent many afternoons on the balcony sipping wine, people watching and gazing at the ocean. Nancy and her son, Tyler were great communicators. My son left his laptop there and Tyler picked it up for us and mailed it back! Can't wait to come back! "
