「A beautiful room and a gorgeous inn. The bed was so comfortable and the breakfast and coffee in the morning - amazing! I cant wait to come back. 」

「While the Tiger Inn pub is nicely located by the village inn and the staff were very helpful, the room was over priced for what it was - a nice room in a pub. To describe it as 'luxury' is somewhat misleading in my view. The food was good but nothing special, so again, certainly didnt justify the 'luxury' reference」

「We had a lovely stay in the Beacon View accommodation. It has a back deck with a superb view so we were disappointed it rained for the whole time lol. Perfect spot for exploring the South Downs National Park, or hopping to Lewes, or like us a day trip to Drusillas Zoo....」

「We stayed there for 5 nights with our 2 teen girls joining over the weekend. Everything was really good: the hospitality, the room and bedding, breakfast, local restaurant guide and even the flush at the toilet. Parking was an issue after 8pm as usually all the closest parking lots would be full.」

「Family rooms are in the basement - this is not made very clear on Expedia and the photos have certainly been enhanced to hide the lack of light... Service is okay - staff aren't really informed. The staff on the morning of checkout was short, verging on rude. Staff didn't even ask how our stay was; just said bye. Cleanliness is okay - pieces of pretzels on the floor near the window and dust in corners and under the bed. No shelves in the bathroom make it almost impossible to comfortably use...
