Wonderful house and location.

The house was roomy and had everything we needed for the week. We loved the location which was close to restaurants and beaches. We used the dock for our 35' Center Console fishing boat which made it very convenient to get on the water.

Comfortable house in great location

Comfortable, nicely done house in great location. Listing is accurate. It is equipped with almost everything we needed. As noted in other reviews - Don't come to watch television (it is tiny) and there is construction all around so we didn't use the back deck much. We loved being by the Abacco Inn and went there frequently.

Hard to leave Shore Leave !!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The perfect location !! Walk to Abaco Inn and Sea spray marina. Short cart to Tahiti and Firefly. Private dock so ferry dropped us off right at the house, what a huge bonus. Views are incredible and sunset is just amazing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in great shape except toilet paper hook was on the floor no biggie. Home was beautiful the only thing we did not realize was that construction was all around us from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. everyday. We love the Abacos and are excited it is all being rebuilt just did not realize it would be everyday. The only other thing I would suggest is a larger TV and better ways to access we could not use our International You Tube or Hulu there and at night with small children we needed some entertainment. The owners have done a great job with the home We will plan to come back again next year but maybe a little quieter location. It was great to see all the rebuilding that has been going on since we last visited before Hurricane Dorian. I believe her name was Jessica she was extremely helpful and as always the people were all very friendly.

The home was decorated fabulously, beds were extremely comfortable, bedrooms had plenty of space, open kitchen/dining/living room was great, kitchen accommodations were perfect. We shared the home with a 2nd family and everyone had plenty of space. Having a boat dock was very convenient and allowed us to easily come and go for island hoping. The location on the island was perfect, quiet but easy and quick to get everywhere to explore. When we return to the Abacos, we would definitely want to stay here again.

The house was better in person than the pictures, adorably decorated and with upscale bedding and furnishings. Kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor space was large and stocked with corn hole, pool floats, etc. The staff was so attentive and helpful. We would 100% stay here again. It was even better than we expected, we loved our stay!

We spent each day boating and then returning to the pool for a quick dip. Kitchen is great, and house has a nice layout. Also, everyone commented that beds were very comfortable! This was our first trip to Elbow Cay, and Jess and Brandon gave the best recommendations and were super prompt with replies to any questions! Definitely use the private ferry to the dock at the house! So worth it!

We loved everything about it. Walking distance to Abaco Inn which we loved and we used the golf cart to get to Captain Jack's in town and to grab the ferry over to Hope Town Inn for dinner. All restaurants were so enjoyable. Hope Town is a favorite island!
