「I booked a Queen suite. I went to the room and it was a two bed room. Bed was not made properly and the entire floor smelled like someone was cooking . Then I was told that they had no more rooms. Requested cancellation and refund . They stated that I had to go the third party where I made my reservation for refund. Worst customer service ever. Will never ever book this place again」

「Nice hotel. Breakfast was ok but it’s basically make your own sandwich for hot food plus waffles. Was hoping for traditional. 4th floor hallway was hot and humid. Staff was nice.」

「This was a very nice surprise stay. Beautiful old building, the Chapel is lovely. The white linen breakfast was first class...the Speak Easy food was great as well....the only thing I would suggest...a step up to the bed (for the old people)....it is very high off the floor and hard to navigate for someone older, however the bed was very comfortable. We had a great time speaking to the owner who was just so sweet. I would give the whole experience an 10 for sure.....」

「The hotel is obviously an older property, however it has been recently updated. The hotel was clean, quiet, and met all of our needs perfectly. We had no problems at the location, it was a good experience. We have family in the area that we travel to see a few times a year. We will continue to use this hotel in years to come.」
