"The reason for the 5 starts is the staff and hospitality! We checked in for the weekend and unfortunately we had very noisy upstairs neighbors who kept thinking on the walls/floors all hours of the day/night. We have two little kids (2 and 4) and a little dog. We made a noise complaint to the front desk and they immediately got on the matter and moved us to another suite on the top floor so the kids could get a restful sleep. They don't care at all about check-in or check-out times and their only concern was our comfort. We have been to this hotel a few times and most definitely booking here again. "
