"The location was good for my purpose in Sacramento. From the outside the hotel looks very nice. The rooms have clearly not been updated in quite some time. Does have a smoke smell in general. All but one staff member I came in contact with were very nice. "

"My air conditioner in the room was so dirty, it was blowing out dust which caused my allergies to activate. The walkways were SO hot, no air conditioning. The gym air conditioning was broken. There was a long line at check in with only 1 person working, so I stood in line forever. I will probably not stay at this property again in the future or recommend. "

After looking forward to it for so long, this was a huge disappointment and will forever color the memory of our visit. Don’t make the same mistake.Biggest Problem: Owner Not ReputableIgnored multiple requests for key code until one hour after we should have been allowed to enter the house.We reported disturbing cleanliness issues with photos.The owner acknowledged our concerns and our request for a partial refund.The owner thanked us for not posting a review with our photos.Almost two months later the owner continues to ignore all contact attempts regarding a partial refund. Not a full refund, but an adjustment.Photos vs. RealityProperty shows well in pictures but the reality is unacceptable.We have stayed in homes that are 70 years old or older. Old is fine.
