「Thank you all the staff there provided amiable services to us that we had wonderful journey in rotorua. I just dissatisfied the setting of toilet and the temperature of the room and sulphur smell. parking and customer services are excellent, the location is traveller-friendly that we just spent 3-5 mins reached the centre for shopping, dining/ lunch, and filling up the petrol of cars. Very good motel in rotorua! 」

「One of the worst and overpriced motel, very old and smelled really bad when we checked it. This motel seriously needs a makeover. 1) There is one room, the kitchen and the living room are upstairs, the bathroom and the other room are downstairs, and the air conditioner is upstairs and doesn't work on the downstairs room. Creaking floorboards from room above kept me awake. Sink bench upstairs is high and microwave is located quite high on top too. Old shower box and the bottom of the box and...
