Property details are incorrect, but property was GREAT

We actually didn't have access to the Horseshoe Bay Resort! That was very misleading. We had no idea which pool we could use. The location of the pool was never shared. We had to do a LOT of detective work to figure it out. That was so unnecessary. The pool was just a pool at another condo property. NOT any of the resort pools. There were light bulbs that were out, the freezer didn't work, and we almost ran out of toilet paper. I had to contact the host several times to get information. She was very timely getting back to me, but I don't know why the information wasn't readily available. The condo was GREAT! I wish I knew more before we booked it though.

Condo without elevator

Condo was very nice. Problem was the elevator was not working. Appeared to have been out awhile and no one looked at it during our visit. Condo was on the 5th floor so a lot of stairs to climb. We are seniors and a couple of us have knee and back issues. Was more than an inconvenience. Couldn’t get refund so had to endure.
