This was within walking distance to downtown and venue of the film festival we were in Hot Springs to attend. Perfect location and on a very quiet street. The home was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. The restaurants and the Hot Springs were all in walking distance. Great Location would definitely stay there again.

My family recently stayed here on our trip to Hot Springs. I loved that it was close to downtown, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The host checked in throughout the stay.

Hot Springs get away perfect location

Very clean and well stocked with almost everything you need plus some. The older home has some quirks but overall it was a very lovely stay. It was decorated very nicely as well. Fantastic location!

Vacation get away

Upon arrival, the house was absolutely charming. We had a wonderful time, and felt at home. Everything in the listing was accurate. I would highly recommend staying here, to anyone. If we ever go back to hot springs, we would love to stay here again.

Very peaceful, but close to downtown. Sweet deer visited each morning.

Everything was perfect ! The cottage is exactly as described, very comfortable with all the amenities. Very accessible location to food , shopping yet a great deal of privacy. Lovely two bedroom two bathroom home in Hot Springs. It was walkable to the main drag and had a great front porch to sit and watch the deer in the mornings and evenings. Very clean and well equipped house. Very responsive owner/ manager. Would definitely stay here again.
