This house was perfect for our trip. It was clean and that large kitchen island was an amazing place for the family to gather. We cooked meals at the house in the fully stocked kitchen. We were visiting grandchildren and would often gather at the house so it was perfect. The back yard was large and spacious for our dog. The location of the house was great for us but we didn’t need to be that close to town. We would definitely consider this place again if visiting Hot Springs. It was a beautiful home.

"The House" is amazing!!! Better in person! Very clean, very well remodeled and has tons of amazing storage! Good location, quiet neighbors, and near Walmart and Krogers for grocery shopping. The house was so cozy, we extended our stay! And the host was so easy to reach. Perfect stay!!!

We had a great visit in Hot Springs. The house was just as you see it in the pictures. The updates were great and the space was exactly what we needed. The neighborhood dogs were noisy but overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Pet Friendly, Roomy and Well Kept Home

The home was clean and nicely appointed, with all that we required for our stay. The fenced backyard was large although we could not maximize its use because of the rainy weather. The roomy kitchen island and dining table were very useful as was the covered carport. There are many barking dogs in the area so walks through the neighborhood are limited. The owner was very accommodating for our two pets which was greatly appreciated.

Solar Eclipse

We stayed for a long weekend with our pups during the solar eclipse. The house was very clean and up to date with everything we needed. It was close to town and close to the park and our activities. Our favorite part was the fenced in back yard and the deck where we spent most of our time and where we watched the eclipse! Great place to stay!

“Spring” Break

Our family of four plus two dogs came to town for the National Park. This location was convenient and easy to travel to National Park as well as other areas to visit. Our boys loved not sharing a room and our dogs loved the fenced in backyard! My husband and I loved how the house was not directly on top of other houses and loved the large kitchen. Donna was great and had two kennels for us to use which allowed us to keep our travel crates in car. She also kept us updated when the power was knocked out one morning due to a car accident and she provided food suggestions. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Possibilities but not perfect yet.

So the property is recently renovated but I think the contractors cut some corners so some of the doors and cabinets didn’t close properly. The style is great though. I would have liked a little more extras in the kitchen, like some basic foods and things. We got these from other Vrbo locations in the area in this price range. But over all, I would give it a 9 out of 10 but they only give me 5 stars to work with. One thing I would recommend improving is the wifi. The back bedroom had very weak signal, perhaps a signal booster in that room would help.

Exceeds expectations

We stayed here for 3 nights. From the time you step in the home it has a wow affect at every turn. This home has plenty of space. It is very clean and has a large fenced yard for kids, and your furry friends. The host was responsive from the start of our booking until the end. Every time we come to Hot Springs this will be where we always stay.
