Spacious Midcentury home located 1 block from Oaklawn Racing and Gaming
Built in the 1940's, this one level 2,848+ square foot totally updated/renovated open floor plan home comes complete with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, large eat in kitchen with table seating for 4, bar with separate ice maker, as well as a game room with Shuffleboard table, professional poker table and library. There is a formal dining room adjoining a massive living room. All but one of the bedrooms has a king size bed with the other having a queen size bed. Immaculate midcentury bathrooms, spacious bedrooms with Large smart TV's throughout. There is a covered front porch with rocking chairs and a secret garden behind with seating's on natural stone patio . Formal dining room and ample seating throughout the home. You can walk to Oaklawn Racing & Casino as well as local favorite dining hot spots and are 2 miles from Historic Hot Springs National Park one way and fun in the sun on Lake Hamilton the other. Home sits on 2 1/2 city lots providing ample space for families while having the convivence of being located at the heart of the city.

Communication was great. The house was perfect for the 4 couples. Loved the shuffle board and poker table!! This house is roomy, decorated perfectly, very clean and well stocked. Just a short walk to Oaklawn.

One of the BEST!
We really enjoyed this property. It was extremely well managed. The owners thought of everything we might need and stocked it in the pantry. They really went above and beyond! We were also pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of this older home. It was really spotless. The backyard was so charming. The location was perfect for walking to the race track and casino. There were 6 adults staying together and we all had our own spaces. Very nice! I would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Home, Right Next to the Races!
Such a lovely vacation rental and host! This home is the perfect blend of vintage charm and modern comfort. The cozy atmosphere and unique decor were just perfect, and we had so much fun in the game room! It’s just a few blocks away from the racetrack, so easily within walking distance. Highly recommend! We’ll be booking again anytime we come to Hot Springs!

Girl's weekend
This was a great place for a relaxed vacation. The location was great and near everything we needed or wanted to do (i.e. racetrack casino, bathhouse row ect.). The property was just as represented online. Our host was very accommodating and attentive. Kevin welcomed us with a delectable box of scones from his coffee shop, located nearby. Each morning of our stay, we had locally roasted coffee, provided by our host, while enjoying the beautiful scenery and birdsong of the back yard.
Great stay and I will not hesitate to recommend this property to my colleagues.
