"It was a great place! The backyard was very cute and my boys enjoyed running around and playing while we were there. We were so close to using the firepit, but alas, we did not have time. "Listing was very accurate. Accommodations fit our needs. Shower tile had some water damage. No floor mat in bathroom makes things slippery for getting out of shower. Did not find a dish towel in kitchen. Couch had no legs so is resting on the floor and is very low to the ground. Exterior of property could use some trash pick up now that snow is melted."

"We rented the property to be in the area for the holiday. The house had plenty of sleeping spaces and linens. The kids were enjoyed seeing the horses on the property. "

"The people that lived in the apartments surrounding this one are very loud and the walls were thin, so it wasn’t quiet. The apartment was very nice and the property was really nice as the owner provided plenty of bedding and it was a comfortable room. The decor in the apartment was very nice and there was a lot of amenities. The garage smelled like a sewer. "

"This house was great for our long weekend trip to st.Louis it is a little older, owner had great response time and was helpful for all questions we had. I would just definitely take a smaller vehicle has its own parking but hard to get in and out of with a larger vehicle."

"My son and I had a great stay. All communication was great. Area is nice and convenient to downtown. Apartment was clean. City noises from streets at night are a reality but true of anywhere in the Lou or another city. Free parking in a well lit little lot right behind apartment. We will definitely rent again if we need a place to stay in StL. "

"Simple, spacious apartment for a weekend visit. Great location and a walkable neighbourhood. However, it is an old building and apartment feels a bit neglected. We noticed mold on the window frames and around the tub. Many of the dishes were dirty when we arrived. The building is also quite loud, and we could hear the neighbours often. For the price, it was worth it, despite these issues. "

"Stay was good. Few things about the inside of the appartment that left a lot to be desired (shower, floors, doors, etc) but considering the location and the fact that it served it's purpose of just getting a place to sleep a few hours it was good enough for us. I do have to say that the garage height is not listed so if you have a truck like us or a full size SUV it wont fit and you'll have to park on the street. Also thin walls so you can hear the loud footsteps from up stairs but again that's...
