My room had a few issues when I checked in, only one of which was resolved before I left - that of the AC. The faucet in the tub/shower leaked constantly. I reported it, but it never really got fixed. That is an extra cost to the hotel, but I guess they don't care. My room did not have a luggage rack, so I asked for one and housekeeping brought it. However a friend of mine checked in three days later and was told that the hotel didn't have such a thing. The parking is OK, once you figure out how to get in and out of it. It basically is 4 stories below the hotel and there are no elevators to help you with your luggage, so when you get to the hotel, check in at street level and then take your car into the garage, otherwise if you have a lot of luggage, it will be a real chore to carry it up through the escalators because the elevator doesn't go down to the garage level.

I was disappointed in this double tree, most Double Tree’s I’ve been to are much nicer but this property looked pretty worn down for a Double Tree by Hilton. The parking was super weird, the clearance is only 6’0’ , so my SUV barely fit. So word of warning if you have a truck you’ll have to pay the extra for valet parking because you won’t fit in the self park garage. Plus the elevator doesn’t go all the way down to the garage so you have to take an escalator after the elevator. I have to use a cane and just found getting to the car exhausting and the layout wasn’t the most disability friendly. The rooms were clean and bed new and comfy but the bathroom seemed very old. Clean but old and in need of upgrading. Staff was friendly and quick which was a plus.

I loved it was so close to Lakewood Church and I could walk a few steps to be there. Breakfast buffet was so nice. I suggest to be more meticuluos with maintenance, since I found a roller stick missing, a dresser leg broke, and missed a free water bottle I usually find in hotels.

Hi. Coming from WV to see Joel Osteen I didn’t know what to expect. I loved my visit at your hotel. The staff and gorgeous clean courtyard were great. The best fish tacos and breakfast ever. I really enjoyed Maria at Sprigs restaurant. She was very nice. Khytyearra at your front desk was very kind and thoughtful. I had to leave my bag until my flight. The room had a super view of the courtyard. Overall a fabulous experience. Thank you!! Nicole 😊

We recently stayed at the Double Tree by Hilton because it was across the street from where we needed to be the next day. The property has so much potential, but DESPERATELY needs a remodel. We paid almost $700 for two nights in a regular room. We were supposed to get a king room, and instead got two queens. No water in the rooms and no vending machines on the floors. For the price of the stay the value just unfortunately isn’t there.

Traffic noise is a factor to consider. Pool wasn’t very clean, but it was the “off season” so I guess I’ll give them a pass there. There was a false fire alarm at 12:30am one night of our stay, but it took them about 20 minutes to turn it off. Parking expensive and tricky to figure out. Staff generally nice though, and the restaurant was decent with good food and drink selection. Wouldn’t recommend to families with young kids since it’s in a very commercial district.

Very Nice Hotel, would stay there again. Only issue is signage for parking. If you use the underground parking, you my may have to circle the block a few times before finding the correct entrance.

The staff was awesome! Benjamin, Douglas and Rita were so hospitable at the bar! Bed was super comfortable and easy check in and check out. Starbucks inside so we took advanatage of that and the grounds were beautiful
