"One of the primary reasons I selected the hotel was the pool amenity; however, upon arrival, I learned the pool was not open. This closure was not disclosed on the website or communicated prior to my stay.
Additionally, I was not informed that a prom event would be taking place the evening of my arrival. The event significantly impacted the atmosphere and guest experience, including changes to the restaurant service. Instead of the expected dining experience, the restaurant was relocated to another space that felt more like a pickup area than a proper restaurant setting.
Had these conditions been communicated in advance, I would have had the opportunity to make a more informed decision regarding my accommodations."
