  • Welcome to our cozy and charming home in Southwest Houston! This home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It’s conveniently nearby Chinatown, Little Saigon, Bellaire, City Centre, and Sugarland. Whether on business, family vacation, leisure, or staycation this is the perfect home for you and your group.

    The Space

    This two-story, 3-bedroom home can sleep a total of 9 guests. All mattresses are memory foam for a good night's rest!

    Living Room - Couch

    This home was designed to comfortably host you and your group. The first floor when you enter consists of the living room, kitchen, and dining space. The living room is equipped with a 55" 4k LED Smart TV, a spacious couch, and a side chair. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The dining table can comfortably seat 6 guests.

    For traveling families, we can provide a Graco pack & play, baby bathtub, and booster / high chair for your infant/toddler if needed. Please coordinate with us ahead of time!

Great host. Love the location. We love Asian food so it was a prime area to stay in. Everything was smooth and we had no issues. I recommend staying here

House was very clean as pictured. We wanted to be near Vietnamese area so we loved the location. Very comfortable beds. Excellent water pressure in showers. Host was responsive. Would rent again next time we're in the area.

Great place to stay!

We attended a game at NRG stadium and although fairly outside of downtown, it was quite convenient. Communication was outstanding, easy checkin process, clean and accurate listing. Terrific value.

Good value

Over priced for the neighborhood but good value. It’s in the humble part of town but it’s quiet. The neighbors are nice and the house itself is beautiful. Not sure why the towel racks are all missing and the kitchen could use new utensils. But besides that, it was nice.

The house was clean and welcoming. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Mostly everything was functional. The problem I faced was during check-in. The entry code given to me was incorrect, because of which I faced some embarrassment since I was hosting my friend’s family and they weren’t able to get in. Luckily assistant Katrina was able to help. Two functional issues were that the faucet in the first floor bathroom had very little water flow and one of the burners on the stove wasn’t working. Overall everyone had a great stay at Artsy home. Thanks!
