very nice place
The place is very nice. I liked it how it had the Nice security to come in and out of the building I also like the pool I like it that it was close to everything downtown the breakfast club different little nightclubs that you can eat at and the playground and it was right around the corner from the train station too

The condo was clean, very cute and in a good location. I personally had a bit of difficulty with the app requirements for the stay, but I that may have been specific to me. Once it became known to the host however, he was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again when in Houston.

Awesome place!
Host was very easy to communicate with and made sure check in went smoothly. Very friendly and the place was very clean. Just like the pictures and in a nice part of town. Would definitely stay again if I am in the Houston area.

Simply Awesome!
This place was awesome! From the location, the amenities, & Laderric’s service, it really made my first trip to Houston a great one! He also gave some good recommendations for things to do while we were here & he was very responsive during the process. Definitely gotta come to this place. I know I’ll be back!

Midtown Perfection
The condo is immaculate, very clean, well appointed, comfortable, big beautiful kitchen, everything appears to be very new. The street facing side has large windows and glass doors to a balcony. Blinds can be closed for complete privacy or open to enjoy the sights of being in town. Very clean, well maintained area of Houston, we enjoyed the views. The building access, concierge, and security are incredible. And the location…perfect spot in Midtown, walking distance to everything we wanted, less than a block to the rail, just fabulous!
