Comfortable studio

It's a studio but there's a separate kitchen and bathroom, which makes it feels a little larger. Bed was comfortable and the studio had nearly everything I needed. The AC unit is in the window and it can be loud when it operates. The good thing is it can help drown out the sound of the bar next door at night, which is definitely a noise concern if you are sensitive to it. Otherwise, everything was easy and the hosts were very responsive.

Great!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was perfect size for my husband and I and what we needed for the weekend. The location was perfect. Within 10-15min of where we needed to be and then a walkable neighborhood with lots of food places near by! The host was super responsive to all my questions and was also very helpful. If we’re ever back in Houston we will stay again!

Convenient & Affordable in Fun Neighborhood

I stayed at this property on a work trip, and was pleased with the overall experience. The property itself was well appointed and clean, the location was walkable to several restaurants, and the property manager was very communicative. My only callout would be that the AC is a window unit, meaning that it is a little noisy when running. The windows don't open, so it's not possible to get a breeze going with the fan if it's cooler at night outside.

Excellent Location and Nice Hosts

This cozy studio had everything I needed. It seemed like the hosts genuinely cared about me having a nice time. The location was super! I walked and bussed everywhere. I loved the thrifting options and each restaurant I went to. Favorite thrifting was Out of the Closet and Pavement. The restaurants were Osaka, Candente, and Ramen Tatsu-ya. I enjoyed reading at The Black Hole coffee shop on a comfy couch with a golden latte. Also loved the bookstore Kindred Stories, and the Contemporary Art museum.

Cozy, delightful downtown view

This property was located in the lower Westheimer area of Houston. Restaurants and bars were conveniently within walking distance. The second floor location gave us a delightful view of downtown Houston. We felt cozy and at home at this property.
