Property as pictured, host less than accommodating
The property was accurate based off pictures. Clean and minimalistic but exactly what you will need for a quick and pleasant stay. However, host incessantly messaged about check in and garbage cans, even threatening HOA fees and extra charges if we did not follow his overload of messages. When asking for a reciprocal question/favor about mail regarding an expensive medical necessity, he simply stated that was not his responsibility refusing any help. If you want to be threatening and bombarded by host without any reciprocal help, this is the place for you.

Mr Taylor, you bought as you said an "expensive medical equipment" and ask me to be responsible for your purchase sir, unfortunately we can not do that, please understand this doesn't means we don't are the guests, but this is really out of our service sir. About the trash can service, it's usual when you book a single family house, you need to put the trash cans facing the street once a week to be collected sir. We hope to host you again in the future.

This house smelled the moment we came in. The master suite was worse and could not be used. My sheets in the front bedroom were dirty. My friend woke up with a rash from the bed she slept in in the back bedroom. We made no trash, but took the trash cans to the street like asked. The garage and trash cans smelled terrible. Also, we could not move the air conditioner thermostat from 72, where 70 would have been more comfortable. I've stayed at lots of vrbo's but have never experienced this type of stay.

This guest actually didn't like the house and asked for a full refund after had used the house. As i didn't allow the full refund, she wrote this unfair and retaliatory review. Please, read all my other reviews and you will all my other guests loved this house.

Cozy Spot. Good Price.
The property was great for the price. It's located near plenty of stores and a mall. Beautiful old school area. The host is very responsive. Everything was laid out perfectly for our arrival. Thank you for sharing your space for me and my family.

Basic - no frills
We rented this house to have a place to stay while visiting H-town and family. The house was fine - nothing extravagant. It wasn't particularly dirty just some residual dust in cold air vents that was starkly visible. It was clean but not spotless. Not a lot of comfort - beds were soft and the only couch was not comfortable. The biggest concern is there were no extra amenities or things ive come to expect. Ladies - by no amenities there wasn't even a hair dryer provided (luckily I am fairly low maintenance)! Traveling with 2 young kids but the back yard was overgrown and they were stuck inside the entire time as a result. The host was almost over communicative checking in repeatedly and almost pushing for us to stay an extra day. Woodlands was a pleasant area with some great parks and restaurants. It served the purpose for us but I wouldn't book this home again.

Hi Sheila, as you asked us, we delivered the new hair dryers at the door on the same day. Unfortunately the last guest took our hair dryers away... i'm sorry for this. As you mentioned the house is exactly like the photos.
