Great potential

Weather conditions aside... it was a lovely location close to highway target and grocery stores... the house had great potential but fell by the waistside... the water heater was out dated and hot water was lacking... some of the tiles were destroyed.. dining room chairs were broken.. dishwasher wobbly... and you cld tell a party was had before our stay...just ALOT of TLC needed to be had. Owner was very nice and checked on us multiple times her husband even came to fix some things for us...

This home is in a very good location to stores shopping centers this home is very clean and it is located in very nice neighborhood . The owners was very professional in communication and making sure everything goes well Thank you
