"Traveled with my spouse. It was a 10 minute walk to the Toyota Center. Hotel was very clean. "

"Check I was easy. Room was dirty, bathroom had what looked to be fecal on the floor, bad odor in room, stains on floor and night stand. The cafe, asked for three coffee’s they just forgot to make the other two and walked off. So the only feature that was great was location from HLSR. "

"The room was great and very clean The overall stay was great and will be ataying again soon "

"We had just checked in and there was a small roach in the bathroom. Hallway was filled with smoke. Elevator was filthy with words engraved in the walls in the elevator. Told receptionist he changed our room but when we got to the room there was gnats on the door as well as a stale old smell in the room. Cancelled stay and had to find somewhere else to stay at 1:30 a.m."

"No lavatory soap. No fridge"
