Nice house, the pool and extra pool toys were a plus. Kitchen is stocked with amenities. We really liked the Ninja Air Fryer they supplied and ended up purchasing one for our home.I am not sure if this is a thing with the area but after a heavy rain (almost immediately after) we began seeing roaches in the house. We reached out to management and got an immediate response that they would have their local team reach out to us. We expected someone to come spray or do something and had a few more days left of our stay. No one ever got back to us. After that we were uncomfortable and of course were checking our items prior to leaving and trying not to have our luggage on the floor. We tried to stay out of the house as much as possible. We noticed they have a disclaimer on their listing at the bottom about pests; I guess just to cover themselves but having roaches can’t be just normal for the area.
