This is my second time staying on this property. Still smells new! Convenient to everything from restaurants, shops and the airport. Rooms are comfortable, with fridge. I felt safe and secure.

I like the fact that it was close ti my family and it was very clean. We were always greeted, however we didn’t like the fact that u had to pay for breakfast. It was horrible, coffee was a hit or miss and for us being the only ones , maybe 1 other person, it should have been better. I probably would not choose breakfast if we stayed here again.

We stayed two days as we went around town. NASA museum and Astros game. Hotel was great. Quiet and clean. Staff was terrific. The breakfast we ordered was really good. Would for sure stay here again without question. Very happy with our stay!

The rooms was spacious and clean. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Ice machine was broken but alternatives were given. Only coffee was offered for continental breakfast but was expecting a muffin, fruit or yogurt.

Family gathering is why we stayed there. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was super uncomfortable. The door doesn’t open all the way and bumps into the toilet which makes it highly dangerous to get in the bathroom, especially in the middle of the night. The front desk staff and restaurant personnel were great. Ms. Diego, sales made the process for our memorial reception easy and was very accommodating. So thank you

5 stars for all but one survey question. The customer service was wonderful from the front desk to the clerk in the dining hall and even the housekeepers. Our room was clean but the bodywash was out and the bedding needs to be updated or needs lint removal. Other than that I cannot complain. Peaceful, quiet, clean, and friendly place to stay!
