I chose to stay with this brand as my company always puts us up with them. I have always been impressed with the overall cleanliness, and the extra mile they always seem to go. It’s for this reason only I booked a vacation here. To start, I was shocked to find I would also have to pay a nightly fee of $25 to park. There were no other options. I would usually be ok with this if it had been made clear to expect it. I booked the double room suit. Im not sure how much attention was given to the cleaning as there was sticky smears on a lot of things. The microwave was dirty, as well as many of the cubord doors. Something had been smeared on the front of the dishwasher as well. There was a candy wrapper on the couch. The phone was missing most of the buttons that it originally came with. Upon looking out the window the drywall at the top section of the window was crumbling and rusty. It of course something you wouldn’t necessarily see unless looking up right at the window. The pool area had a massive issue with some drywall coming down on the ceiling. The fix was duct tape. I just couldn’t believe that was the patch. I of course took pictures of all this. I also wasn’t a fan of the lighting in the room. Although it wasn’t fluorescent lighting, it was that same color led lighting throughout. To say this particular property was a disappointment would be an understatement. The only great thing about the property was the staff. They all seemed friendly, and helpful.

The property is well located. I am a litte disappointed about the cleanliness. Specifically, the sofa bed was dirty. I was not properly vacuumed plus, the mattress had stains.
