The O`Four is a newly remodeled duplex with two apartments. It is designed for modern enthusiast, who enjoy a cozy home away from home.

High speed internet, TV, Netflix. Also laundry and a full kitchen equipped with all cooking basics.

1 car allowed inside driveway

Key Rules:

*Guest Access information and instructions will be given upon check in

*Early check-in/Late check-out is available upon request
Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival.
The early check-in fee is $25 per hour up until the normal 4pm check-in time.

*Late check-out is 12pm and the fee is $40.
Late check-out is only applicable if requested.
If you overstay past the agreed upon normal 11am check-out time there is a fee of $80.
This $80 fee will be automatically deducted from your deposit.

-Exceed O.K. strives to cultivate a luxury experience for our guests that is also ecofriendly. We encourage guests to make themselves at home, but with that comes normal wear on the space and furnishings. If you see anything outside the realm of common scuff marks, a light stain or similar during your initial walk through, please document and forward it to us. We ask that our guests be mindful of towel suggestions (placed in the bathrooms) to help us provide a clean and sustainable environment.

Please note this property is a duplex which includes two units in the building. The unit upstairs currently has a long term tenant who helps manage this listing.

It’s of utmost importance to me that everyone & everything is kept safe during each guest stay.

When you stay in my home, you understand that*:
•Check in> 4 PM (or after)
•Check out> 11 AM

•Events & Guests> no unauthorized parties & events allowed. Only guests listed on the reservation are welcome. [$75 fine per unauthorized guest; includes daytime-only guests]. Events that are approved will entail an additional fee and security deposit.

•Parking> 1 car in driveway + street parking

•Damages> broken or missing items will result in a fine. This includes damage from decor on the walls.

•Smoking> no smoking of any kind, anywhere on the premises.

•Sanitation> bodily fluids or make up stains should never be discovered by our cleaning crew.

•Lockouts> guests are responsible if a locksmith is required for re-entry.

•Furniture> in the rare case that furniture is moved; it must be returned to it’s original location.
