Best Customer Service out of all Hotels in Baytown. Front desk clerk is the best, most helpful person ever. Went out her way to make us feel welcome. Pool was great, in a nice private area. 5 STARS all the way!!!

Rooms are old and not well kept, there is no buffet breakfast at all. Elevator out of service, bad smell in the lobby and in the hallways a really strong to cigarrets.

Checking in with the Max Headroom in the screen was confusing. Hard to understand when he spoke because the voice sounded distorted. It was an odd experience. The room was nice with one exception the floor in the shower is warped so the first time I stepping the shower It made me loose balance. That was unnerving. Breakfast was good.

My reservation rooms had to be changed due to elevator not working then my disability room was not given to me had to move to a room where pets can stay in had a funny Oder. My second room was placed on second floor with having to climb stairs with our luggage’s and guest and this room had a real bad cleaning issue where toilet was left dirty and filthy had to be moved to a new room I will never stay there again. Breakfast wasn’t any good it was just a waffle maker had to go out for breakfast.
