Access ridiculous/location good

Condo was ok...fairly sparse furnishings ..it was a 3 bedroom....we only needed kitchen, BR and LRAccess was inbelievable.to get information on how to enter condo...I had to have a computer expert download it for me....she uses VRBO regularly and felt this was diffictult to find entrance. access. We then had to walk over bushes to get to key box. had to call Thomas to help as we were given the wrong code. He was very nice. the wi-fi code we were given was wrong and had to call another person to go thru wi-fi access. Location is good...we had lived in Houston for 30 years but process to get into condo was unacceptable. will NOT be using again.
