This was a great place to have my daughter’s birthday sleepover! Be aware that there are ALOT of stairs! I had sprained my ankle prior to this stay, so once I made it to the 3rd floor, I stayed there!Would definitely recommend for those who don’t have issues with stairs! Otherwise, this was a beautiful home and a great place for relaxing and spending time with friends and family!

Lovely house, great views!

This house has great views of the bay, and it's very big. It comfortably held my family and my sister's family. It was clean and easy to check in and out. We enjoyed walks along the water and to Shell Beach. It does need some curtains in the master bathroom, because the huge glass windows look out into the neighbors' yards and they can see right into the bathroom. There are a few items that need fixing, like rusting vents and a large hole near one of the backdoors.

Beautiful home with beautiful bay views throughout. My bed was comfortable. The floors had not been cleaned. No baking sheet or pan. No dish detergent, dish rags/towels, scrub brush or hot pad in the kitchen. No large pots- only 2 small ones. Scarce toilet paper. No laundry detergent- and both W and D full upon arrival. Half of the digital screen on dishwasher is out so you guess on how to operate it. Kitchen light is still full of dead bugs- windows are full of cobwebs- and we killed 3 roaches in the 3rd level kitchen. No handsoap in 3 bathrooms. No bath soap. Missing pillowcase on bed pillow. Couch is repaired with unfinished 2x4 lumber. There are no window coverings on the huge master bath plate glass windows. We brought groceries and had planned all meals in house -two required the grill. Halfway through grilling ribeyes, the whole bottom fell out of the grill making it impossible to properly finish $150 worth of prime steak! If maintenance and housekeeping were done adequately, it would have been a great stay! But instead, I was unable to do what I was there to do because I stayed on the phone trying to get the items that were advertised to be there but weren’t! Had the management offered to refund the $175 cleaning fee, this review wouldn’t even be here. And even after all that, I left the house cleaner than I found it.
