Nice and Clean Property
This property was very clean and spacious for my family's Easter weekend getaway. The home looks exactly like the pictures. The host responded to my inquiries immediately. Check-in was smooth with no issues. The only suggestion that I have would be a professional paint job (note: this did not take away from the cleanliness of the house, it is just a cosmetic suggestion). Also, the kitchen could be stocked with more accessories, like utensils (only 3 forks, no serving or cooking utensils), additional pots, and pans (which would be helpful when cooking for a family). Overall the place was wonderful and accommodating, I would definitely stay again.

New Property For Rent
This is a nice property; from what I was told it was newly on the market. As an avid traveler, I typically would not rent a new place without reviews but decided to give it a chance. It was a great price, and the owners/property manager has very good communication.
The property is exactly as it looks in the pictures. My family of 10 stayed comfortably there. The property is in a nice residential neighborhood, but close enough to city limits to get to typical shopping, parks, etc., within 10-12 minutes. Perhaps it was me, but the code to check-in to the home threw me and my family off from entering the home for almost an hour . . . it was over 100 degrees, with a feel-like temp much higher . . . thankfully that was rectified in an unusual way. I believe the property manager/owner will have a solution to Sunday check-ins with having someone on call or more thorough instructions from here on out. There were a couple of things to iron out, however, being a new property for rent, I'm sure the "little" things will be smoothed out to make for a great place to stay for future vacations.
