We strongly suggest to quickly read the house manual and explore the guidebook. Everything you need to know is most likely explained in the guidebook. It has instructions on directions, parking, check-in, check-out, other videos on how to use things around the house, and many recommendations on places you can visit during your stay!

This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 5 to 10-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.

• GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire house, except a couple of off-limits rooms/closets. The following spaces are not available: some cabinets in the kitchen, the two primary bedroom closets (in the bathroom), the room next to the stairs (1st floor), the room next to the garage door (1st floor), and the hallway closet (2nd floor).

• PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles on the driveway. Street parking is not allowed. Garage is not available.

• WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi (1000+ Mbps) available throughout the home, plus 4 workspaces in the bedrooms and family room, and 2 monitors.

• PETS: We have a no-pet policy.

Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is a parking space on the driveway (4 cars). NO street parking. GARAGE is not available. MAX 4 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

Since this property is a little far from central Houston, the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation) does not go all the way there. However, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.

• The pool spa does NOT heat and the jets are NOT functional.

• The following spaces are not available: some cabinets in the kitchen, the two primary bedroom closets (in the bathroom), the room next to the stairs (1st floor), the room next to the garage door (1st floor), and the hallway closet (2nd floor).

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.

• This property includes a pool outside. Please understand that since the pool is outside in the garden, some leaves or debris from nature may fall into the pool. Rest assured that we do pool maintenance weekly and we remove all debris after every reservation. However, some debris may fall into the pool after we have cleaned it. Our swimming pool maintenance team will visit once a week to clean the pool and take care of any necessary upkeep. They might stop by during your stay, but please rest assured that they’ll only be working outside and won’t disturb you. This maintenance is essential to ensure the pool remains in great condition for you and future guests.
