Similar to another person's review, I also felt the communication by the host to be excessive and unnecessary for the most part. Multiple messages about the same topic and information that could have easily been inputted into the provided manual rather than sent over multiple messages a day. I noted the owner's previous comment regarding trying to be helpful but if I were traveling alone I would have felt very uncomfortable. Visitors may also want to watch when they go based on the weather as we were directed (when I reached out to the host) that we could not modify the thermostat beyond the general fan/cool/heat features. On a positive note, we enjoyed the general location as it was near the town center and nice parks for our family.

We went to a concert at The Cynthia Woods Pavilion. This house was in the perfect location! The neighborhood was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Out of town Family Visit
My family used this when visiting from out of town. The property was nice and well located however the communication from the host was excessive and very pushy I felt.
