“We stayed three days for work porpuses, our stay was excellent”

“Very cute and cozy. Outdoor space was exceptional with fireplace, outdoor covered cooking and dining right off house kitchen. View of the backyard woods inviting and relaxing.”

“The pictures were accurate. Our host communicated with us in a timely manner. Everything was as it said it was going to be everything in the house worked and made sense. We really enjoyed our stay. We definitely will be staying at this location again when we come in into Dover.”

“We stayed at this property for 6 nights, everything was exactly like the pictures and very clean. We were just far enough to many shopping areas and grocery stores. It was very quiet and peaceful. Ed and Cindy are amazing hosts, we will be returning next year!”

“Our time here was an attraction in itself. There were so many small details. I won't mention all of them as I don't want to spoil the surprise but one of our favorites was a telescope pointed towards an ocean piling where birds frequently perch. The house felt interactive and playful. There were snacks and beverage options (including tea, coffee, water, and even other surprises) available. Very clean. One consideration is the stairscase. I would advise caution for those with mobility issues (bad……

“If you have a child playing on the DE Turf, you won’t ask for a better location. It’s a straight shot coming from the south to the parking lot avoiding all highway back ups. Very convenient to Milford for eating as well. The property was perfect. Clean, secluded, quiet and plenty of wildlife to watch. Also just a few minutes from the ocean. The AC worked great and there are ceiling fans throughout. The host couldn’t have been better. Very easy to communicate with and actually notified us of a……

“Fantastic property for our trip. We are looking forward to staying there again next year. Great owners!”

“This is a lovely beach-neighborhood cottage, with a comfy vibe. It has a nice layout with the living space on one side of the kitchen/dining area, and the bedrooms and baths on the other side, so that those who are sleeping aren't disturbed by those talking or playing games or watching TV. The kitchen is very well equipped. Being answer older cottage, there are only a few steps up to the deck and front door, which was helpful for our older mom who was vacationing with us. (Fyi, unfortunately……

“From the moment we booked, Ms. Dorshalee set the tone for an exceptional stay. Communication was prompt, clear, and genuinely warm — exactly what you want when coordinating a family vacation. Every question was answered quickly, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed before we even arrived. The property itself was a wonderful backdrop for our July 4th celebration, but what truly elevated the experience was the host’s attentiveness and care. You could tell this……

“Beautiful home. Plenty of space inside with great outdoor spaces. Very clean and easy to contact host. Family friendly-would highly recommend!”
