"We absolutely loved staying at this cabin for our anniverary! It was so peaceful and quiet. The decor was lovely, the view of the lake is so pretty. We are planning to return with our family in the future! This would be great place to bring kayaks and/or a side by side to explore the area. Equally as good, would be to bring a good book and a friend to enjoy the swing lakeside and a conversation around a campfire."

"The floor plan was pretty cool- queen bed was upstairs in a loft area by itself and king bed in the main room. The fridge was on the fritz, but maintenance came right away to fix. Unfortunately the room had a “pet smell”, as folks can bring their animals along. All in all, we would stay here again!"

"Loved the Getaway! Wonderful layout to the cottage with plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. A case of bottled water was provided for drinking. That was nice. Very peaceful area on the cove and still close to town. Big Shoal Beach is just down the road, a nice sandy beach. Kids loved going there. Great location for riding trails, to the beach and into town for dinner and ice cream (TeePee's)."

The Sniderhaus with beautiful sunsets and trails nearby. A large dock.

"The house and property were very spacious and comfortable. All the beds were very comfortable. The house was clean. There is a large deck on the backside of the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing that would have made our stay even better would have been if there was a deck on the lake side of the house. Communications with the host were excellent. Returned messages rather quickly."
