「Great location and a really lovely 1 bedroom apartment tastefully done and with all amenities- even robes! For less than the cost of a hotel room in downtown Kingston. Our unit was newly built/renovated but with historical brick, high ceilings, full kitchen/breakfast bar, living area, bathroom with a big shower and lots of vanity space and storage. We were only there for a night for a Queens event for one of our daughters, but this unit would be completely comfortable for longer stays too....

「In town for the weekend, this was a great place to spend the night. Clean, spacious and had a private entrance and check in. Sandy was amazing, super pleasant to communicate with and I felt welcomed from the time I stepped through the door, to the time I checked out. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. 「We stopped just for get shower and sleep at night. The house is really old in the kitchen the roof is broken and covered with a black piece of plastic, one of the room also have a piece of the roof that seems is coming down. Bathroom was old but there was everything we need (shampoo, soap, body wash and an air dryer. We didn’t use the kitchen but there weren’t utensils. We could find the entrance because we got there at night and the sign wasn’t visible and the lady from the upstairs apartment...
