“Property was clean and it was a nice little spot. The hot tub was very nice! Access to the lake was great just watch your step on the last stair of the water isn’t high!! The host was very reachable and kind. I would stay here again.”

“It is a really comfortable, clean and quiet place. I didn't grasp from the photos this was a split-level house and the main bedroom and bathroom was on a lower level. We are older and might have rethought this if we knew that stairs would be key to our rental use. If you use the coffee machine or need water for any reason, you must go downstairs to the bathroom. We ended up needing to navigate the stairs several times. If you are a large person the shower stall is very small. That said,……

“This property is pretty run down, and not as nice as depicted. Needs some repairs, upgrades, and a really good cleaning. The first night while turning down bed, I brushed off what looked like rodent droppings on top of the bed.”

“Our stay at the house was wonderful! Host was helpful and quick to respond. Though we brought most of our own cookware, the kitchen was well stocked with useful implements. Location was perfect as well, a central location between useful grocery stores in Ash Flat, and the shopping in Hardy. The only inconvenience was that the bathroom is somewhat limited in size, which I suppose isn't the fault of the house.
