“This lovely 2 bedroom house in the suburb of Foios is nicely decorated and well appointed. The rooms are spacious and the outdoor area is particularly nice. It is a short walk to the metro to Valencia and about a 20 minute drive. The town is sleepy but very friendly, and like most Spanish suburbs, has a nice selection of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. ”

“La casa està bastante alejada del pueblo, como a unos 6 km pero vale la pena. Solo se oyen los pájaros y el viento. Rodeada de vegetación y montañas. Las instalaciones están muy bien. Hay mucho mobiliario exterior en varias partes de la casa. Es una casa ecológica, bien preparada. No se puede poner el aire acondicionado por la noche porque la energía se agota pero por lo demás excelente. ”

“Le jour de l’arrivée nous sommes tenus dans le suspense à savoir si tout va bien aller et que nous aurons l’appartement. Outre la réservation et une information que nous recevrions une confirmation avec code d’entrée par courriel rien de plus et rien du gérant de l’immeuble. Démarches difficiles pour rejoindre le locateur et aller à ses buteaux. Le paiement avec réservation n’aurait pas été effectué. Beaucoup de problèmes avec le logiciel de paiement…de sorte que sans le savoir cela n’a pas……

“This is a great space with lots of added extras that makes it extra special. It’s outside the centre of the city closer to the beach so a little quieter but close to transport links (so easy to get to the heart of València). Vincenzo is an excellent and attentive host. His communication was great and when we messaged him when the bbq ran out of gas he replaced it immediately. Check-in was very easy. Would highly recommend if you want to balance a city visit with relaxing with friends and family.”

“La casa tiene una gran capacidad (unas veinte camas, muy cómodas, por cierto), pero la superficie del salón y de la cocina no se corresponden a tantos huéspedes. Caber caben, pero el espacio es reducido. La casa da a un callejón muy estrecho y está más bien orientada al norte con lo cual llega poca luz solar a la planta baja. Great property management too and Ella and Lina really looked after us, rectifying a temporary issue with the drain even on a Sunday and getting us 2 more bikes which we really enjoyed using. "I happened to experienced Storm Dana. After I checked out, my flight was canceled due to the storm, the road to the airport was blocked. I’d to go back to the hotel, but I was told by a lady reception the hotel was fully booked. No room was available. I was really disappointed since all the hotel in area was fully booked. And then a hotel guest noticed the conversation and telling me he’s cancelling his booking and going to Barcelona. And then a male reception (black curly hair) was very nice even send a staff to look for another already clean room for me for faster check in. I’m very thankful for those who help us in need. As the hotel room, it’s simple room but clean. "
