「If you like to control the temp in the house you can’t.The owner has a lock box on it and set at 75. First house I have VRBO that had that. Renters should be able to control the temp. Everybody’s comfort zone is different.First day had to get MX man to open box up and turn AC down. Came back from dinner and temp 80 in house. AC was not working. They got an HVAC person over to fix AC that evening.We had no other issues the rest of our stay.Toilet paper was on back of toilet. No toilet paper...

「The house was as described and met our families needs perfectly for our stay! It was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. I only deducted one star because there are several light switches that don’t do anything. It did not take away from our experience but it did take a bit to get it figured out.」

「1st, the water to the toilet as turned off. I thought this was strange. I understood why when early the next morning I discovered the floor around the toilet was wet! Also, I tried to lower the living room blinds and discovered several of the lats are broken. So there is no privacy!」
