Peaceful with Lots of Room

We had a great stay at Paddles Up. There was a plenty of room and seating to just hang out, and we enjoyed the lake-facing deck. The kitchen was roomy and the dining room table was large and beautiful. We had a couple of glitches upon arrival but the rental agency went above and beyond to make things right.

Lovely lake house

Great house, nice amenities. Would have been nice to have toilet paper, paper towels and soap provided. Otherwise, was very nice.

Girls Trip

We had a great week at Smith Mountain Lake. The house is very nice with plenty of room to spread out and a nice deck to drink coffee in the mornings and watch the sunset at night. The kitchen was perfect for making meals, but we also took advantage of Mitchell’s Marina (close by) and some other favorite spots like Jake’s Place and the Pizza Pub. The weather was very hot so we spent a lot of time floating in the lake. It is a nice, quiet location and the dogs enjoyed the shady dock. We also took advantage of the nearby state park for our morning walks. The property manager was very helpful when we had an issue at the house.
