「The room was quite nice: In the bathroom the toilet was jammed in between the sink and the wall so that it was difficult to sit down, and when I did my leg touched the metal of the stand that held the sink. We had an expensive dinner in the restaurant - not the French restaurant but the other one. The creamed spinach was limp spinach in a milky soupy something. We asked that the steak be charred on the outside, medium rare on the outside. It was neither and not very good. My dinner was...

「There was 5 rooms booked for a conference all individually. The rooms were good size, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was small but adequate for our needs. It was very clean and staff kept up with making sure there was food in the warming trays . All in all a very pleasant few days and would recommend anyone to stay there.」

「This hotel was super clean! The pool was actually warm! The fitness center was fantastic with lots of equipment & weights! The breakfast was top notch and the staff were very friendly!!」

「Our room was very comfortable. It was nice and clean. The nightstands have built in electrical outlets for charging your phone overnight. The TV was larger than most hotels and was mounted on the wall, giving more space on the dresser, which was a nice touch. There was a refrigerator and a microwave in the room, as well. We will definitely stay again on our next time traveling through West Memphis.」

「I booked a one bedroom and when I got there I was told they didn't have any and ended up with a 2 bed studio. I asked the front desk person what do I do since I paid extra for the one bedroom. She said you'll have to take it up with who you booked it through. Then I get to the room and there are pillows all over the floor. I saw housekeeping down the hall and asked if that was ok. They said oh the room is clean we just didn't finish putting the pillow cases and duvet cover on. So they did...

「this was the absolute best place to stay in memphis! it’s exactly as shown in the photos, but somehow better? the room’s flourishes were so thoughtful. we were greeted by squirrels in the morning. the hosts were communicative & the whole process was smooth! we will definitely stay here again! oh & the shower.. the water pressure is perfect & the shower gel/hair products smell divine!」
