I liked the self-register with a code via text. There was no hand towel in the room. The shower doors were loose. I couldn't get hot water from the shower even though the hot tap in the sink was boiling. I wasn't too sure whether I was parking in the correct place. Door was banging all night too.

The property when booked included breakfast on the price clearly shown when I booked the room . Received an email on the day saying sorry no breakfast on a Monday! Hotel denied this!

It was such a great stay with the Ladies over at the Embassy, the Owner/Management I believe was super nice and staff were impeccable 👌 . Rooms Clean i would highly recommend. Food and drinks excellent. We made it after check-in just a phone call and we were able to be into our room . Thank you for such great accommodation.

Didn’t expect that!

On a dark winter night this is possibly the most uninviting hotel I’ve ever stayed at but having taken a walk to the nearest fish n chip shop and spoken with the owner of the hotel ( I didn’t know it was his place) he explained the ethos behind the current set up of the hotel and its hard to see how it would work if the door locks and codes and no reception system weren’t there. Ultimately the room was comfortable and I had a good sleep plus the cooked breakfast was spot on, and the staff friendly. It’s a working man’s hotel with a good location

Clean cheap Hotel

Ibwas given an upgrade from a single to a double room. The room was newly decorated and for the price was very good value. Ensuite was ok and a decent shower. Im booked again for the next 3 weeks and hoping i am given the same room again. Nice roller blind on the large window kept the light out. Overall a decent hotel especially for the price.

Was noisy someone laughing loud can hear them in my room most off the night. Also shared toilet, had to go upto 3rd floor, i find it difficult to climb the stairs. Would not stay again. Thank you

Very comfy stay

2nd time of staying here for a Christmas do in Hull. It's £4 taxi out from the centre but close to the finishing pub of the night which is where the club meets. Organised and clean, with tidy spacious rooms and nice en-suite. Breakfast is in the downstairs dining room (new from our last stay), and this is on a huge plate and very tasty. (see photo) Couple running it are very chatty and pleasant. We'll be back next year as it's a bargain at the price! Local Area is not much though - but as so close a ride to the centre it's worth it for the ease of parking and getting to.
