The staff are friendly and understanding. I’ve stayed here several times. The shower I had was the best shower I’ve had at The Embassy. This is the second time I’ve been given a double room which I truly appreciated. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Looking forward to my next stay.

I liked the self-register with a code via text. There was no hand towel in the room. The shower doors were loose. I couldn't get hot water from the shower even though the hot tap in the sink was boiling. I wasn't too sure whether I was parking in the correct place. Door was banging all night too.

Don’t let the relative remoteness of the place put you off as you’re miles away from the city centre despite being on a main road. - really nice place that is as good as the reviews say it is - recommended! 😝

Very low quality room. Hotel very run down, strong smell of iffy tobacco in most of the corridors. Door in ensuite fouled the toilet, shower head dirty. Will not be staying again. The lady in reception was very helpful on check in though.

Didn’t expect that!

On a dark winter night this is possibly the most uninviting hotel I’ve ever stayed at but having taken a walk to the nearest fish n chip shop and spoken with the owner of the hotel ( I didn’t know it was his place) he explained the ethos behind the current set up of the hotel and its hard to see how it would work if the door locks and codes and no reception system weren’t there. Ultimately the room was comfortable and I had a good sleep plus the cooked breakfast was spot on, and the staff friendly. It’s a working man’s hotel with a good location

It was such a great stay with the Ladies over at the Embassy, the Owner/Management I believe was super nice and staff were impeccable 👌 . Rooms Clean i would highly recommend. Food and drinks excellent. We made it after check-in just a phone call and we were able to be into our room . Thank you for such great accommodation.
