Hull Old Town Historic Hotel

"On arrival given room key which didn’t work call reception lady came to open the door she couldn’t taken to another room her key still didn’t work finally got another key the next day the keys still didn’t work had 3 in total was told that the battery would be changed in the door no one did this , the shower wouldn’t turn off had to call someone to do this, was told over the phone that we’d be able to get snacks but closed on the Friday night all in all not great!!!!"

"A little run down exterior, but clean, maintained room with good basic facilitaties. The staff were helpful and friendly, and cared about their work. We felt safe leaving cars in the parking. Clear work is in progress to improve facilities. Excellent for the price paid. "

"Well what a surprise we hadn’t expected much as we paid a very reasonable price. Arrived and was shown up to our room, very friendly service. We stayed in the cappuccino room. The room was lovely, great size & really light and airy. Lots of little touches like kits with things you might need, plenty of shower wash, shampoo etc. tea, coffee & sugar well Stocked as well as little biscuits & bottles of water.
