"Every year we Mainers, meet friends from Philly, our former home, somewhere near Boston to celebrate Christmas and New Years. This year, our host actually had a beautiful Christmas Tree set up for us. We had wonderful time in a modern, comfortable, convenient home, less than 30 minutes from North Boston where we had New Years dinner. Highly recommend staying here."

"The location is both central and beautiful and was perfect for our stay. I appreciated all of the amenities and easy check in/out process. The only thing I would add if a deadbolt lock on the door. I wished the room had a lock in addition to the keypad lock for security at night."

"We had three couples share this property for a fun weekend in Boston. We were going to a show in the theatre district, restaurants in the South End and Southie. A great location for exploring that side of town. The space is wonderful. Parking in the area was easier than expected on a weekend. There’s only one bathroom, though it was rarely an issue for our group. Would definitely stay again. Thanks so much!"

"We assembled about 15 people from all over the country (ages 8-80) for a three day celebration centered around Red Sox home opener and the solar eclipse. The space was very clean and well appointed with comfortable beds and fortunate for sittting and gathering. The neighborhood is excellent, with local shops, restaurants, coffee shops and the MBTA green line. Our host was very friendly and responsive with all communication and greeted us when we arrived. We took an Uber to get there and explained to our driver that it was important to go to the one at the Zip provided. We could not find a way to put the zip into Uber.
