"Raul, was a great host. He communicated quickly and answered all of our questions. Upon arrival we noticed how clean and well thought out everything was. "Our stay at Las Casitas at El Conquistador was truly unforgettable! It was our first visit, but certainly not our last! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful amenities, breathtaking views, and exceptional service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and that level of hospitality made all the difference. A special thank you to our mayordomo, Timothy, who was incredibly attentive and always ready to help at a moment’s notice. Whether it was answering questions, making recommendations, or ensuring we had everything we needed, his kindness and professionalism made our stay even more special. We also loved how the staff recommended activities and introduced us to some of the best local, cultural cuisine. Those thoughtful suggestions helped us experience Puerto Rico in such an authentic and memorable way. The only downside to our trip was having to leave. We came home already dreaming about our next visit. Thank you to everyone at Las Casitas for creating such an incredible experience! We can’t wait to be back!"
