"Not clean "

"Room was clean. Breakfast was fine. Staff was clueless about a lot of things, not very helpful at all for people not from the area."

"If i had been informed that breakfast is served and that there are other amenities in the hotel, "

"The breakfast was lacking each morning just sausage patties and biscuits. The beds and pillows are hard but the staff was very nice and the facility was clean"

"Staff were welcoming and most helpful. Shuttle from and to the airport was a bit chaotic, but worked. Room was wanting, desk light did not work, 3 hangers only, carpet/baseboard pulled away from walls in several places. Thought we could use couch for sleeping space, but no bedding provided. "
