Motel 6 Humboldt hotels

"Parking is good that customer feels safe. However, room Breakfast doesn't have a good variety, coffee pot is set up away from main BF area. In general it gives a cheap look"

"Made prepaid reservations with Hotels.com for a full suite at this property. They did not have a suite and had to settle for a studio. They could not give me credit for the difference in price. Clerk was not very friendly or helpful. He said he would have to contact Hotels.com. I have not heard anything back except another review request. I have used Hotels.com for personal and business for the past few years….but considering making a change if this isn’t rectified. "

"When we arrived, the staff person who checked us in was friendly and helpful. She upgraded our room which was an unexpected treat. The room was quiet and clean. The location was near several different restaurants "
