"Spectacular. Great location. Staff go out if their way to ensure your experience is fantastic. Professional and courteous. We booked a premium room, an inside room would have been fine given how little time you spend in your room. The spa and restaurant were fabulous. "

"Beware, the pictures of this property do not represent the actual condition. The building is old, rundown and in desperate need of a major rehabilitation. Thankfully we viewed the room we booked before paying, it was dilapidated, moldy and dirty. We decided at that point to look for something else, the desk person didn’t seemed the least bit surprised as if it happens frequently. He was very helpful and considerate which we appreciated as it was already late in the evening. I truly don’t understand how they have the ratings that they do!"

"This hotel was rated a 4 Star. We booked it based on the many high ratings. Our experience was anything but 4 star. Good: - AC worked very well, cooled the room quickly upon returning from a long day of doing tourist things - Location was convenient, as advertised Not so good: - First impression upon arrival = shocking, felt like we stepped into a hostel, not a 4 Star lobby - "King" bed was two twins pushed - Mattresses were very hard, extremely uncomfortable - No directions posted on the use of the door deadbolt system - Took two requests to get a light bulb replaced - Bathroom hand soap dispenser didn't work, appeared to have not worked for some time - Included breakfast was located off-site at a local shop "down the lane" - A single coffee pack and tea bag were provided per day, for two guests - Housekeeping did not clean up a used half-full coffee cup, it was found on the nightstand where we left it - Wifi stopped auto-connecting, didn't work when it did connect, starting throwing Security Certificate warnings - Housekeeping left a dirty, wet cleaning rag on the floor in the bathroom doorway. Also a "clean" towel was left with hair on it - Laundry service was returned damp, sealed in cellophane packaging, wrinkled - There were a couple of other issues, but this list is too long already"

"Best customer service EVER! Upon my late check in, it was nice to be met with a cold towel, welcome drink & dried fruit. They even went so far as to make a little cake for me and deliver it to my room with a short birthday song! Location is great as it's literally right around the corner from the lake surroinded by many restaurants that also have sky bars. Breakfast has SO much variety & they offer cooked-to-order items as well. I didnt use the spa but it was nice to know that its a service. The property has great decor, super clean and is very quiet considering how busy the street below is. That said, the property is a little older & I(along some other guests) had an issue with a weird moldy smell in my room but I moved immediately. The staff are all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. They learned my name quickly, offered help with tours & local rec's, even walked me to my Grab to translate everytime I took a ride. Don't hesitate to give them a try. I felt so taken care of here & everyone helped to make my birthday in Hanoi a memorable one.🙏"
