“The hotel was busy with Christmas parties but we were welcomed and made to feel like valued guests by all the staff. Lovely room with a decking area for our dog and 5 star cleanliness. ”

“I everything, from entering until leaving our stay was amazing. We hadn’t even left and we were looking at when we would be coming back. The staff were very helpful. Only concern was the noise coming from the spa which was directly below our room, we were not notified that at 7.30am a loud humming noise would be heard. When we do rebook we will be wanting a different room (room 16) apart from that it was great!”

“Stunning visit- stayed just for 1 night but could not have been better. Upgraded room to Suite which was stunning. Flawless service, great food, and the Spa was brilliant. Thanks to all the team, really special stay. Feedback note- some confusion between kitchen and hotel services as to whether breakfast was included- kitchen disputed whether it was included which is a little awkward. Apart from this very minor note, was fantastic. ”

“Ideal stay for Winchester or just a relaxing trip. The hotel is quite spread out so if disabled or can’t walk far I suggest asking for a room close to reception. Maintenance staff were fantastic. Cleaning staff great. Bar staff friendly. Highly recommend. Definitely going back. ”
