We booked an upgraded room specifically for the freestanding roll top bath in the room….
We had a dinner booked in the evening, after a days travelling, and a breakfast meeting.
In the evening, there was no hot water. So no bath. We reported it that evening - and did the business dinner.
The next morning, no hot water again. We reported it again, to be told it would be resolved in 4 hours. After the breakfast meeting, and after checkout.
A real shame. The reason we booked the room, we couldn’t use at all. And no hot water, so no bath, no shower. Not the best way to go to meetings. Or to enjoy a birthday couple of days.
