「The room was perfect , the staff was OMG very helpful! I think everyone should book a night in this place ! I enjoyed the bar also ❤️」

「The staff was excellent but the property needed some attention.」

「It was a nice stay in this hotel. Breakfast had many choices. Wifi was good and stable.」

「Room was filthy and look and smelled as if disinfectant spray was sprayed from the inside out the door and nothing was clean there was hair all over the shower and the carpet and I seen multiple roaches when leaving my room.」

「This place is terrible Full of plague of roaches in the rooms!!!」

「All ice machines where broke and the room had to be recleaned before we could go in」

「These people scammed me out of $455.00 I paid online when I show up the receptionist is barefoot and demands another $500 as if I don’t already pay.(take it this is a non refundable reservation. And Expedia didn’t tell me to pay an extra $500 upon arrival it told us $50. So he wouldn’t let us check in and told us we’re basically screwed. I haven’t seen a dime of that money since I don’t recommend this place and you will never see me in Columbus Ohio ever again.」

「Great property! Very clean, maintained and perfect location.」

「We loved our stay here! The space was beautiful, it was super clean, and we had everything we needed. It was right off the main street too on a cute brick road. We wish we could've had more time to stay there. Tracy ran the bnb and also made us breakfast in the morning. We would 100% stay there again if we return to Columbus.」

「The house was great, and the customer service was very friendly.」
