「The hotel is very old & run down unfortunately. The beds have probably never been replaced and we had to adjust our bodies accordingly to try to avoid the springs in the bed from poking us. 「This property is not up to Hampton standards. It is very tired and needs complete remodeling. Although some remodeling was evident, the hallways, rooms, furnishings needs to be updated. Our room was clean, but it had a broken TV, worn sofa, the bed was comfortable. The staff came quickly when we complained about the TV, but by the time the TV issue was solved, we missed the final USA soccer match. Very sad..
